If you will only take someone with a rank equal or higher - why would you expect the 'higher' person to accept someone 'lower' - when you will not. I think a good doubles partner is irrelevant to rank.

yeah the person has to be higher then you why would they want to join with you if they were like you not wanting someone worse then themself? I can tell you two of my partners are lower then 1900 and they are good players, you shouldnt say that you will only team with people higher then you since there are a lot of strong lower ranked people and alot of dumb higher ranked people.

my best partners are lower ranked players. and not because they do what i say, but because they are good players. with the creation of the 1v1 game, alot of addicts have lost their rank!!-0
