Issue: Suspicion of Secret Alliance
Game#: 85675
Players Suspected of Having Secret Alliance: kramsey06 and katie06

Points of Support:
1. kramsey06 and katie06 both hold regions next to each on the Hong Kong map and there is almost always a time when one of them leaves the border to the other's region completely undefended while massing a large majority of their troops for use against me.
1A- There was even one round where kramsey06 had an army of 17 on Tsing Yi while leaving nothing in the green region to defend against an army of 3 that katie06 had on Llama Island. katie06, in this same round, had two armies of 11 Yau Tsim Mong and Kwun Tong, which were used to eliminate yellow and to break my hold on the orange region in the north. This al seems fine except this move left her highly vulnerable to kramsey06's army of 17, which could have easily have taken about half or more of katie06's lands. However, nothing like this occured afterwards and kramsey06 and katie06 continued to apply pressure on me in the north without worrying much about each other during the process.
2. Later, I received some interesting information from my cousin, hookshotwillaby, who is in another standard game with kramsey06. This was said in the game chat of the game my cousin is in with kramsey, game# 94338 :

2006-10-26 03:56:56 - hookshotwillaby: well at least you didnt make a secret alliance in this game like you did in the Hong Kong one....so i suppose you're making some sort of progress
2006-10-26 03:59:29 - kramsey06: well hooks. i would feel so bad if i killed my girl.

This was said among other things. So, apparently kramsey06 and katie06 know each other, which could easily explain why they would be reluctant to attack each other before all other players in standard game are eliminated.

3. kramsey06's credibility is also called into question since he quickly broke an alliance in the game mentioned above.
4. I also find it interesting that they both have 06 at the end of their usernames. This leads to wonder at the "possibility" that kramsey06 and katie06 may be the same person.

So, there is my case. I would appreciate thoughtful opinions on this matter and I hope it can be resolved in a timely manner.

I can assure you, Master Bush, that me and hookshotwillaby are NOT multis. I have no problem with this being checked out since I know for a fact that this is not true.
Also, Master Bush, I would suggest starting a separate thread outside of this one if you want to discuss a topic/issue that is unrelated to the one that this specific thread is intended to address.

Well, you have been here for almost 3 months. Have played close to 100 games, and before this thread, had only made 1 post. It seems odd that you would jump to Paulus' aid so fast. It seems to me that you are trying to build a stronger case, by throwing your support into the mix, and already calling the suspects guilty.

i jumped on this post because i'm involved in TWO GAMES with these people that are accused. And I do admit that Paulus is my cousin but you can observe the games we've been involved in and in no respect do we help each other out or aviod each other. (game 89249 is a fine example as i am currently keeping him from taking north america in that game) so you need to get over your little spat and go start a new thread because you're taking away from the issue at hand and its quickly becoming assinine.

i think it was your responsibility to check the games that were referred to in Paulus' post before you threw your accusation out. That would have educated you a little more and prevented this complete waste of time.

Well, it seems that there was something worse going on than a secret alliance between kramsey06 and katie06. I recently received word from lackattack, who I asked to look into the matter for me. According to lackattack, kramsey06 and katie06 are the same person, along with brandon06, bjh2011, and s.xkitten.
It is a shame that me, and anyone else, should have to suffer such a disadvantage in games against dishonest people who cheat by creating multiple accounts in order to overwhelm other individual players. Anytime that the fairness of a game is reduced and compromised, the enjoyment of that games is reduced as well. This is unacceptable.
I would avoid playing in any games with the names mentioned above. I also hope that appropriate action is taken against this multi. who has taken it upon himself/herself to reduce the fairness and enjoyment of this game that we all love.
