This is something for the commanding officer to decide... if it will be by vote, that's also a decision the CO can make.

Thanks everybody for the interest: here's where things stand... I'm waiting for a confirm from someone who contacted me about co-organzing. We will go forward in one form or another, but I've posed her the question regarding the movement of ranks, and getting things moving by a time-certain rather than waiting to fill up the full 64 player contingent. Once we get the internal house keeping in order, I'll post again and revise and in the first post with the new structure.

Sorry about this, but hopefully at the other end will emerge a better tournament, and again thanks for your patience.
