Rick-roll the New York Mets

Post by SolidLuigi »

The New York Mets are letting people pick their 8th inning song they play EVERY 8th inning at EVERY home game. Lets rick-roll thousands of fans approx 81 times this year.

Go to this web site http://newyork.mets.mlb.com/nym/fan_for ... e_form.jsp

select "Other" and type in "Never gonna give you up" - Rick Astley

sadly, this epic feat wasn't my idea, the credit goes to this site that was just posted http://metsrolling.ytmnd.com/

yeah, I think the only people that would have reason NOT to do this would be Mets fans.

I am utterly astounded by the awesomeness of this possibility. I approve.

May as well do it, it's just as bad as everything else at Shea Stadium.

By the way, the Blue Jays home opener tonight was AWSOME. Lights out for pregame ceremonies, the fans were really really loud, drunk, lots of fights, and a solid win.

I had to check first to make sure this wasn't just another Rick-roll itself. Neotony is responsible for putting me into a state of Rickanoia.

which is actually my fault, indirectly. i'm the one who first introduced the "malignant" rick roll link to CC.

an accomplishment for which i am sure i will always be loathed.

Neoteny just used it to hilarious effect.
have you ever seen an idealist with grey hairs on his head?
or successful men who keep in touch with unsuccessful friends?
you only think you did
i could have sworn i saw it too
but as it turns out it was just a clever ad for cigarettes.
