You should put total points next to the names at the top and change the name of the thread to The Grey Company.

xUNDEROATHx - I see your mainly a 1v1 guy like myself, and that's not to shabby a win rate you've got going! Maybe this will thing will end up "elite" after all.

So being not to well knowing about what we do as a clan ... let me ask the question: will we do a cool signature thingy and, assuming we do, what do people think it should look like? (No offense to anybody, but I'd please not want it to be something from the LOTR movie... unless is the 1978 animated feature  )

lol, that's the spirit! Well, I'm totally up for a cool signature thing, but I have no idea how to go about making one. I'm terribly great with computer junk like that. And you're in luck because the Grey Company was pretty much ignored by the movies. So, does anybody know how to go about making a cool sig deal?

ok, thanks for the info. and since you mentioned it, I wanna address adding new members. Personally, I don't want this clan to be terribly big, but I think that we should vote to decide who gets added in and who doesn't. of course, we won't be adding any one else if it gets too big. does that sound fair to everyone, or would any of you prefer something else?

I agree on the everyone votes if they are in or out. I don't agree with someone who is in one clan and wants to be in ours also. It's one or the other, not both. :D

Well, let's decide what kind of fighting clan we're thinking of here, and how much theme stuff is on the agenda.

I personally think its going to be difficult to have a fighting clan with only 10 members... for clan wars we'd be stretched really thin - I don't really know for sure, but it seems the active challange clans have more than 10, no? What would be cool, maybe, I know this may not go over real well, is to train in pairs or tripples to play tripples and quad matches, and then join together team games that are set up by "big dogs" with some hapless noob or cook that joins as first position on the opposing team. Sort of like Grey Company coming to the aid of the underdog. Risk, of course, is playing with people who deadbeat, etc. so it would be a risky way to go on points.

I like Tolkien and so also theme stuff would be cool with me. In that regard, like graphics and organzing intra-clan theme type stuff, the more the better in my opinion. I like the vote idea too.

ok, well, the good news is that they e-mailed me and said that they haven't been doing much of anything with the usergroups cause of the forum upgrades, but they're getting back to it now so hopefully it won't be much longer

I'm not sure about theme stuff, I'd like it, but I'm not good with all that kind of junk, we need someone who is. I think you're right, we do need more people. what's the average number most clans have? Also, I wouldn't mind if we all had like regular doubles, triples, and/or quadruples partners, that may be a good thing to. We'd be more even more ready for the clan wars. I love team games myself, I'm not sure how you guys feel. Let me know any ideas or opinions you guys got

Hey guys, just got the news, we're official! we have our own forum place and everything. The only way I can find to get there atm is to go to callouts, and then go down to the thing were you can "jump' to a topic or somethin, and Grey Company is in there. I"m not sure if that's how we're supposed to get there, or if i'm just retarded. If anyone else knows the right/ a better way, let me know.

you don't post here, but in the clan thread. go to the "jump to" box and Grey Company should be in there, and that's where our thread is. I thought some of you guys may have misunderstood and post her.

Japs - I checked the thread and you were provisionally considered but you need to get your rank up. I think corporal or CFC is all you need to get to probably, so don't throw in the towel. If you want to try a team game with me, send me a PM and I'll get someone from the clan to set up a private game.

Good luck
GD

BTW note to Ace - I think you need to add [Recruitment] now in the title of the first post... :geek:
