Ok check the game logs and you'll see that these two play in almost every game together. Then check the feedback. They always place ones on their borders together and make openings for the other to go through etc.

Look at the chat in game # 2052100

The moron started talking in the chat as the wrong screen name. He was talking as if he was monarch(insane) from the pacopaco screen name. He referred to controlling the east half of the map and how he always attacks 'pacopaco'. Funny thing is, it was the name pacopaco saying it. Monarch was the one with the eastern half of the map. This douche needs to be banned immediately. Just check the game history and feedback.

yep the chat proves it all. What makes it all the more annoying is the amount of time he spent lying when he was first found out. Ban both accounts - jerks like him are spoiling the game

Maybe he was just babysitting the account, but failed to mention it. However there is damning evidence of a secret alliance.
