What do you mean a tenth planet? There are already 11 planets, 3 are considered pluotons( ceres,pluto eris). Planet order

terrestrial planet:
Mercury
Venus
Earth
Mars

Jovians:
Jupiter
Saturn
Uranus
Neptune

Plutons:
Ceres
Pluto
Eris

"Super Earth":
Gliese 581 c ( Wolf 562 c)

Others:
Gliese 581 b
Gliese 581 d ( possibly habitable)
