MEMBERSHIP FRAUD ???

Does anybody know how to contact conquer club other than support tickets?

I paid for premium membership via my credit card on the 7th March 07. The statement confirms money taken on 9th March 07. The FAQ says four days to get membership. Now 3 weeks later i still dont have my membership ??? I have raised a support ticket on 18th March but it has not been answered. I added to it and again no answer!!

Has anyone else had these problems? I do not wish to report the site for fraudulent gains, but how long am i supposed to wait for the goods i paid for? As I cannot get hold of any one to sort this out for me. Please help!

when i paid for mine in December it took approximately 10 minutes to come through. by then i had already sent them an e-ticket regarding the delay. i received their response right after the membership kicked in.

i have always found them to provide extremely fast service.

yeah, all these gold icons that indicate premium members are completely fake. lack hands them out to sucker people into thinking they can "join" this site, and then he spends the extra cash on pop-tarts, mountain dew, and astro-glide... good luck getting it resolved, must be a HUGE error...-0

owen, you'd be upset if your money was taken and you didn't receive premium either, so let's not give the poster a hard time? There are occassionally a few payments where Lack isn't notified by Paypal, so unfortunately this happens. Then he got busy with the upgrade and hasn't seen the eticket yet. Not making excuses for him, but apparently things slipped through the crack and this poor guy's been waiting a couple weeks now. Cut him some slack. I have a feeling you'd be causing an even bigger uproar if it happened to you. :wink:

why don't you try to read what i wrote before you jump all over my @$$. a little reading comprehension and basic understanding of sarcasm goes a very long way...
