have you ever had the suspicion...

Post by wol-va-rine »

that someone makes up a bunch of profiles, and then joins them into games in which his main profile is playing to increase his odds of winning...?

if you start an eight man game, and you know 3 or 4 of the other players aren't going to make moves, that gives you a huge advantage imo...

I'm playing a game with someone right now and the first 3 players have missed turns, I played a game that this guy started before where 4 of the 8 players missed turns and were kicked out, the only reason I won was because of my sheer brilliance and stratagem, well, that and the fact that I eliminated him first...

I searched your games for the one you're referring to - but picking games you've won out was like searching for a needle in a haystack - so I got bored.

seriously, if any of you guys have played a game with jordanlover, check out the game log and see how many turns the ?s miss, also check out the game I'm in where it's me, one other guy of any rank (him) and six ?s, 1956232, one of the ?s is the only other guy who's played except for me, we're in the 2nd round, so some of the ?s have missed 2 turns and jordanlover missed his turn as well...

coincidence...?

Considering 3 are from USA, one from France, one from Australia and the other from the UK, and jordanlover is from Jordan.... I doubt they are multis or have a secret alliance.

As CC grows there are more and more new recruits that join and never finish. they are stronger than us and can taste CC with out being addicted. I have even played a 6 man terminator and had 5 deadbeats. Always Plan for it.

I thing I try to do is watch who joins my games and email rookies and tell them this is a great site but that they must have patience. By getting them talking I have a better chance of them staying in than deadbeating.

Ditto. If you are willing to expose yourself to playing with newbies, just roll with it and include their deadbeating in the equation of fun.

If you can' roll with it, there's plenty of ways to avoid playing with newbies.

Actually, I searched the forums specifically for jordanlover because I suspect something as well. Every game hes on is filled with new accounts, each of which signed up for 2 games with him, and two others. Most miss turns. Of course it could just be a coincidence, but it could also be a fantastic way to cheat.
