I have a friend who insists that his penis is shrinking. Each day he looks in the mirror and feels around down there and so forth. He insists that in his younger days, he had more going on down there in terms of overall size - both length and girth. But as the days and years have passed, he is starting to believe that his penis is shrinking.
Interestingly, he believes his ball bag is growing larger. This could be an unrelated coincidence, or it could be an explanation of sorts (in a conservation of matter sort of way).
So I ask you, is this possible, that one's penis may shrink as one gets older, and if so, what do you think of the explanation that somehow his penis mass is being transferred to his bag?

Yes, it does shrink and it makes me sad, cause I'm a 62 year old man with only a 1/2 inch. 
You lose 1 and 1/2 millimeters per year, if you're lucky. I once lost 1 full inch in a year. Needless to say, my relationships have dwindled with the down scaling of my member.

My gut is telling me that a smaller penis and larger bag are both related
to old age but not necessarily directly to each other (your penis mass does not become bag mass).
the penis is a muscle that functions based on blood flow to soft tissue. I would guess that less and less blood flow would cause the cells in the soft tissue to constrict, gradually limiting the potential for your original full size.
On the flip side your bag is basically skin, which is losing elasticity as you age and therefore hanging lower and lower all the time.
Tips to fight these symptoms of aging?
If you smoke, quit. Now. You may not care how long you live but you must care about your penile health. Cigarettes make you feel good because the nicotine restricts blood flow to your brain, making you just
a little dizzy and high. They also restrict blood flow to your junk. Stop smoking and make sure that you are getting numerous boners during the day, whether you tug it or not, encouraging the blood to flow in and out of your junk creating erections is going to keep the blood flow healthy and hopefully prolong your schlong.
