RANK BY RANK TOURNEY! [games awaiting a second start]

This tourney is going to have a tournament to figure the champions of each rank on cc. After that is complete the champions of each rank are going to have a tourney to see who will win. It will be power protect at the final. It will go by ranks while signing up.

Game settings will be

Classic/Sequential/Escalating/Unlimited..

8 from each rank.

Prelims will be used to decide the "champions" of each rank. They will consist of 2 4 player games between the first 4 and the last 4 of the lists below. The winners of each game will then be dubbed "champions" and the bracket will go as follows.

After the prelims of the ranks are finished the championship tourney will be doubles teams of the two best from each rank with flat rate.
