codeblue1018 abusive game chat and play

My experience dealing with codeblue1018 was abusive. The chat is where codeblue1018 really excels at ruining a game. Their is no reason any one should have to deal with someone acting this way. Please consider disciplinary action.
Rules:
Harassment Policy

"Trash-talking" can be a fun element of the game and we take a liberal stance on what is allowed to be said in game chat. If one player offends another we generally do not want to get involved. However, in cases of extreme obscenity or extreme harassment (in our judgement) we may take disciplinary action against the offending member.

If you find yourself in a game with someone who offends you, simply add the member in question to your Ignore List and his/her comments will disappear.

codeblue1018 also continues to message people he leaves negative feed back for to continue the abuse.

well. I'm sorry guys/gals but I have to stand up for Code here. Ive played him a good 3-4 times now and have never Experience anything like you guys are talking about. I personally enjoy playing against him as he is a damn good player and plays very strategically. He has never just "targeted" a player for no reason, and in chat its always been enjoyable. I've even been lucky enough to beat him once and he not only congratulated me but left me a positive. Maybe in your games you are ganging up on him due to his rank, or simply playing foolishly and he's just bold enough to call you out. I do suggest that if you guys don't like a player.. block them and move on!! it's only a game right

he is a jerk but I did nt contest his feedback as it was his oppinion I left him a neg also so it is what it is but the issue I think raised here is valid and I am going through this with trying to get what are clearly retalitoryffedbacks removed our current feedback guy has some very particular ideas about things and does not seem to have a clear definition that he is working with as far as retalitory feedback
