Specifics: Well as many People Know, many people play with family, so why not when you sign up type in the Names of People who play on the same ip address
Why it is needed:
Because the current system of Paying and you keep playing is unfair to some players from poor countrys

Why more unfair to those from poor countries? Some folks don't have money, others do .. it is a fact of life well beyond CC. If this is a huge problem, perhaps Lack might consider reducing the fee for certain localities (?). However, the truth is the rate is already pretty low, as compared to other GAMING sites. Also, I don't know but what that might just make folks seek out those localities to sign up (???? -- not tech saavy -- is that even possible???)
Usually, you spend $30 or more just to get ONE game. Here you get multiple versions .. for a whole year. In general, I would say anyone who can afford a computer ... or who has access to one, can also figure out a way to come up with the $. If not, then, you get 4 games for free ... forever. Most sites only allow you a day, or, at most, a month free -- and usually with MUCH more limiting conditions.
