clapper011 wrote:mine too... and isnt clickable maps suppose to be on top of bob? :?

clickable maps used to have to be on top of bob, but not if you're running the latest version of clickable maps (i fixed that in version 3.21).

btw, i'm seeing the same problem. i'm sure c will have it sorted out soon...
If you're not using Clickable Maps, you're wrong.

Guys,

The problem is just that the new script isn't linked, for whatever reason. While this needs to be fixed, y'all can get the latest script right now, if you want.

Go to the BOB script page at http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/13076

Then, click on "view script source" at http://userscripts.org/scripts/review/13076

Then, you can just copy-and-paste from the plain text version <http://userscripts.org/scripts/review/13076?format=txt> into your Greasemonkey script manager over the old BOB script (by clicking on the "edit" button).

4.3.1 is working for me . . .

Yeah userscripts.org has got a problem - it's pumping out the old script each time you click "install"... which is less than useful...

Hopefully they will fix this soon...

Fluffums is correct... you can use that method...

Downloaded it, but there isn't a 'global' thing for the number alignments, so I'm guessing you didn't have time to put that in or something.

I'll live.

Nope - it's on the *long* list of suggestions...

But it's minor - due to the fact that you *can* already change it at the moment.

The truncated game log breaks BoB's Elimination summary.

If you want correct stats for a number of things - you will have to always click the "Load Full Log" button...

I will attempt to code up a way round this shortly...

Hey C-

Thanks for the continual stream of BoB improvements! I'd have a hard time playing w/o it!

Just installed 4.3.2, and it looks like there's a whole new submenu for snapshots. Is there any info available for this? I took a snapshot, then selected Analyse Snapshot, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Tips or suggestions?

FreeMan10

VERSION : 4.3.1

New Features
Snapshots...

If you click "Snapshots" you will be presented with the following options…
"Take Snapshot"
- Takes and saves a Snapshot
“Analyse Snapshot”
- If you have a Snapshot – this shows you what has changed between the selected Snapshot and Live
“Revert to Live”
- Returns the user to the current state.
A list of available snapshots will be displayed by showing the Round Number & the Date & Time the snapshot was taken.
- The snapshot will go BOLD when selected.
“Delete Game Snapshots”
- Deletes all Snapshots for this game.
“Delete All Snapshots”
- Deletes all stored Snapshots.

Click on one of the newly displayed snapshots - and this will load up your snapshot...

What does this involve?
The "Army Image" is swapped out for the old image.
The "Army Array" is swapped out for the old army array.
And the log is only processed upto the date of the snapshot.

Why?
This will then allow you to see all the stats... all the map how it was - and use Map Inspect, Text map etc with the old stats...

How to return?
Click Refresh, Press an action Button or Click “Revert to Live” in the snapshots menu.

Limitations...

The image save will ONLY save what you saw at the time - what do I mean by this? This means you will save a small or large image - with or without colour codes...

So if you're one of these weird people (like me) who uses different sizes all the time - then the snapshot will be in the original size.

Also – if you visit a finished game – the script will ask you if you wish to delete all snapshots for that game.

C.

PS - you need to have your snapshot loaded for the analysis to do anything... and of course - if you have no changes then nothing will happen either!!

Actually - this doesn't necessarily work at the moment...

Like I say I will attempt to get a fixed version up soon... but I'm busy this weekend - so (probably) might not happen...

I'm finding that this isn't actually the case in at least one of my escalating games--the redemption value's wrong, and the elimination summary is now missing ... so is there something wrong with me, or BOB?

EDIT: Ah, just saw your previous post. Just to clarify, I see the elimination summary before loading the full log, but then it disappears. But I'm guessing you're already aware of that problem.

VERSION 4.3.3

FIXED : Truncated Logs are now loaded into BOB...

This may slow down initial load... (And also I've only partially tested it... but needed to get it out quick)

I am getting bizarre behaviour on the new update you just made. Everytime i click refresh map the redemption value for the next set of cards goes up by 10 and the number of territories everyone has changes. One of the players i am playing against apparently has -37 territories at the moment :)

Problem with 4.3.3

Updated, full game logs loaded. The calculated # of territores for opponents in fog games is ... well, let's just say it's way wrong, and leave it at that.

Showing one team with -8 and -5 territories, and another with a player owning more than the map HAS.

Checked that 4.3.3 is loaded, refreshed the game, reloaded the full game log, same results.

-----
I went back and re-looked at everything. Now, it's giving different results, some still wrong (like the -4 calculated territories of one player).

The problem seems to exist only for players who haven't taken a turn since the log was truncated, so it should fix itself in one round... but still VERY odd.

Game 1923439, case in point.

I have 4.3.3

when I click "load full log" the elimination summary repeats itself. ie. it says i eliminated someone and then it says i eliminated that same person again in the future: ( the first one is correct the 2nd one is like 5 rounds in the future)

also the redemption value practically doubles what it should be. (after clicking load full log)
