what clan has the best doubles team. well now we will find out
i'm running a tournament and you MUST BE IN A CLAN to enter
this is how its going to run
up to 5 teams from each clan that wants to enter
each team will play another clan and the loser is OUT
no clan will play there own clan
only if 2 or more teams of the same clan are still in it at the end then they will fight it out
1st team to win will go to the next round and the next team that is not from that clan is the team they will play it will be classic / seq / no cards / Unlimited

You can count the Stache for 3-4 teams.

i would like 5 but i will see how many each clan can come up with it's a bit unfair if one clan had 5 teams and the other had 2 it's like 5 on 2 i will go ahead with it if i can get 3 from each clan

I prefer the no cards. It eliminates one of the luck factors of the game.

But it adds to the luck factor of initial placement. I play flat / escalating and no cards and I think they each have their own value, but they all have equal amounts of luck. for a tournament, flat would be better simply for reducing number of rounds played. It will also give the other team a chance to bust oceana every now and again.

I prefer escalating because then you know no matter what your card set is going to be worth the same every game.. thats a luck factor eliminated.

No cards doesn't mean long games when it is about teams. It shouldn't take more than 10 rounds usually.

This sounds like a great tourney.

Flat rate/no cards is teh way to go.

Also may I suggest not allowing the Scions of Glory to participate, as that is the equivalent to a walk for the majority of the quality teams that would play this, therefore a disadvatage to others.*

*No offense meant, just saying how it is.
