spelling mistake in the legend:

you wrote: Fallshcirmjager but it must be: Fallschirmjäger

and why dont you translate the other terms?

Headquarter -> Hauptquartier
Infantry Army -> Infantrie (Armee) ["Armee" is not necessary]
Panzer Army -> Panzer Armee

and of course Germany would be Deutschland

Good spot on the spelling mistake.

As for the others, HQ should stay as HQ; Infantrie sounds good; I prefer Panzerarmee!

Love it. Any WW2 map is a good idea and this 1 tops the rest. Would be great if we play situational on this where you play head to head freestyle with 1 side being US and the other being Germany.

sorry I haven't gotten to this map in a while...

For starters, I love the look. Background image is a great touch. If it were me I'd want to grunge it up a bit, but maybe others don't agree.

The legend is a brilliant solution to presenting complex bonuses. I'd like to see the word "bonus" rather than "get" since "bonus" is part of the traditional CC lexicon.

My biggest concern is that there are a lot of things that can be confused for attack routes. Mr. Benn brought this up earlier, but I think its a serious problem that requires attention. For example, are the roads from BR43 to Armour 5, BR44, and US VIII attack routes, or just background fun? becuase they line up perfectly as attack routes.

I don't see that as an issue. Didn't notice until you brought it up. The routes are clearly marked as bright Blue and Red. The background is faded enough that people should not get them confused.

I realy dont see any confusing with attack routes.
its look that you not read what i do,and that MrBenn agree with that.
I put opacity down and Mrbenn agree that its now good.
I belive that everybody will undertand that "Get" means how many army you get per turns.And these is not complicate for people.

Remember that Oaktown is ColourBlind - therefore his visibility of different opacities of a colour may not be as good as yours...

You want to tell me that colour blinded person can not see diference betwen opacity?What is bright and what is dark?
Why every mine map have problem with some people,and when many people have no problem with (in these case) attack routes,then one person try to create problem?
All attack routes is Darken and better visible,and background is bright,and there is no chance that Oaktown see that background and Attack routes is same. Like some colour blinded person tell me before(Iwo Jima),these people can not see diference when colours is same opacity,but when diference betwen colour opacity is huge,then problem is solve.
Maybe exist more diference colour blindes?

actually im not colour blind and i also raised this issue a few pages back when I posted various comments on the map.
Don't now why people on here don't like being cooks, remember under siege: A former SEAL, now cook, is the only person who can stop a gang of terrorists when they sieze control of a US Navy battleship.
