Superheroes and Villains [WINNER: blockhead15]

So lets try this one. We're going to play out some of the DC and Marvel comics characters. It starts with one on one battles with a superhero vs. his top foe. As follows with the battlefields (all games are standard and sequential with no fog unless indicated)

Batman vs. The Joker (Gothem City (Great Lakes) chained, escalating)

Superman vs. Lex Luther (Fortress of Solitude (Arctic) unlimited, escalating)

Flash vs. Gorilla Grodd (Africa (Africa) unlimited, flat rate)

Green Lantern vs. Sinestro (Space (Space) unlimited, flat rate)

Wonder Woman vs. Ares (Paradice (Ancient Greece) unlimited escalating)

Martain Manhunter vs. Fernus (Denver (Dust Bowl) unlimited, flat rate)

Hawkgirl vs. Hath-Set (Egypt (Valley of the Kings) chained, escalating)

Robin vs. Deathstroke/Slade (San Francisco (San Francisco) chained escalating)

Cyborg vs. Brother Blood (San Francisco (San Francisco) adjacent, flat rate)

Elongated Man vs. Neron (Washington DC (US Senate) chained, flat rate)

Aquaman vs. Ocean Master (the oceans (Extreme Global Warming) flat rate, unlimited)

Black Canary vs. Ra's al Ghul (Seattle (Puget Sound) flat rate, adjacent)

Spider-Man vs. Dr. Octavius (New York City (RailUSA) flat rate, chained)

Captain America vs. Red Skull (WWII (Western Front) flat rate, chained)

Professor Xavier vs. Magneto (The Future (USApocolpyse) unlimited, escalating)

The Fantastic 4 vs. the Sub Mariner (New York (North America) unlimited, flat rate)

Booster Gold vs. Mister Mind (Metropolis (USA) esclating, adjacent)

The Hulk vs. General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross (The World (Doodle Earth) escalating, unlimited)

Thor vs. Loki (Scandanavia (Europe) escalating, adjacent)

Iron Man vs. Spymaster (The Cold War (Duck and Cover) (escalating chained)

Daredevil vs. Kingpen (New York City (North America) flat rate, adjecent)

Ghost Rider vs. Mephisto (The Carnival (Circus Maximus) escalating, unlimited)

Static Shock vs. Ebon (Dakota (CCU) flat rate, adjacent)

The Question vs. Dr. Arby Twain (Hub City (Berlin 1961) flat rate, adjacent)

OK the battle of good and evil will leave us with 24 players left. They will be sorted into 6 4 player games with generally evil playing evil and good playing good to leave us with 6 remaining players. (maps will be contentially based-Europe, Asia, North America, Africa, South America, Australia) Another 2 games of 3 will match up to give us two players in the finals (world domination based maps-Classic, World 2.1 and XGW). The finals will be one on one for the domination of the entire Solar System (Solar System map). Cards will all be either flat rate or Escalating and Forts will be determined)

It's 'heroes', 'villains', 'Spider-Man', 'Kingpin', 'Dr. Octavius', and 'Marvel'.

Ock was always the one I noticed more in the comics growing up as the top Spidey villian. I know the movies made it Green Goblin but I don't always agree with Hollywood.
