I'll play - I assume rankings are based on score when the tournament is full?

And, since it will take a long time for some of the upper players to get in, will they be reseeded before their games?

Yes, Rankings will be based on when the tournament fills up. Then there will be no reseeding. Seeds for the entire tournament will be set then....

Also, we have cut it to 50 so we can get the tournament started. Two 25 person ladders will be formed.

My hope is that this one will go smoothly and then we can try to run a 100 person ladder tournament. Only 10 more to go for this one!!
