no.

It works this way: she protects someone. If someone tries to kill that person that person dies and kills the bodyguard I think

BUT she was targeted herself

My part in Skoff wagon? My vote was to put some pressure on her to speak up which she wasn't doing very much as I had already explained iirc.

Yeah I know that, the problem being what I wanted to search for was posted many pages ago and that search lists out quoted posts first and also the content only partially. So its difficult to search like that.

One is on clive, who was playing horribly scummy and already claimed one of the least useful roles you can think of. The other wagon is on skoffin, who is a decent player and most likely has a far more useful role than clive has. Who would you try to get lynched?

I'd say we're more likely to find scum on the skoffin wagon than on that of clive.

Scum would definitely try to get Skoffin lynched and would try to protect Clive as much as possible so that they can keep the town guessing what he is, not to mention he would be a good lynch fodder when it matters most for them (for example defecting a bandwagon on one of their buddies).

And that probably is one of my reasons for pushing his lynch because even if he were town he would have done more harm than good by staying alive.

Found back my post about Crab :P
ga7 wrote:Crab: First his pushing for Clive post-claim with silly excuses as an easy way out, then reacting rather weird when faced with arguments against him ("omg you must be teh lyncher!" duh the arguments made perfect sense), and finally his 'support' list and pushing for the lynch being either clive or skoffin (that look both town IMO) which fooled some bandwagonning noobs in the process and just looks like a way to manipulate the town into not looking elsewhere... The list is long, added to guts feeling he feels the most scummy of all.
Vote Crab

Mainly the way you managed to push for the lynch between 2 townies made me tick in the previous day.

And that argument is moot for two reasons -

1) LSU 1.0 started the bw on Clive for exactly the same reason as I was voting for him.

2) If I were a lyncher I would have won by now ;)

Kwanton's nonsensical logic is so out of character for him, the only two explanations I can think of is that he's either a jester (I agree few games if any should have them, but they do show up every bow and then) or he's scum trying to look like a jester.

Crab, I'm still not sure of, really. I prefer Diddle or F1fth as a lynch, but for now, I don't see either of those happen.

Skoffin, if I remember correctly, you said you were a watcher, but not an ordinary one. I think you suggested your powers were different from those of a typical watcher. After that, you seemed to hint that your investigation of Crab was useless because you are in fact a very typical watcher (i.e. someone who sees which people visit the person targeted). Which is it?

Damn this thread is long. I've read the last 7 pages the only thing I've picked up is Nark's hypocrisy. He votes kwan for submarining then goes and disappears again. However, this is typical of Nark's style of mafia playing so I can't register it as an official scum-tell.

Also, this is an apology to everyone. I've been very busy in all fields of life and hence have not been able to post much. I'm still very tired and have a lecture to go to in half an hour. I then have a 7pm class after that (which I'll probably bunk to be honest) and have a 9am tomorrow, followed by a group meeting on a presentation we have to do then followed by house viewings all the rest of the day. Mafia and CC has hence had to take a backseat, I should have time on wednesday to properly catch up on all my games (though its a friends bday then) so you guys are probably going to have to wait 'til then.

I do not think Kwan is Jester. Why would he wait for 80 pages to do something like that? It would have been more sensical to work from the start which ensures that you will be lynched at some point (Masket anyone?). However the other two are quite possible, scum trying to find an easy way out of the hole and bored townie.

I just realised. Serbia is town. Cos the role Kalish would have replaced into was Fircoals actor.

About Kwan, I don't agree that it's so out of character for him but it definitely is weird at this stage of the game. Apparently he was high so it might be a slipup. I kinda doubt he's jester as then he'd have taken the passive approach instead of reacting to heat on him.

Gimpy, could you edit the first post to include links to day scenes and possibly other important events? It would make navigating this thread a lot easier.

Yes, I'll agree that Kwan's logic is slightly out of character, but Kwan is also out there lots of times so I can't put it past him. It is strange he waited until day 2, but I don't currently think he's a jester.

As for Clive....we'll dude, I really don't get you. You spam the board as soon as you die and won't shut up, but then when gimpy let's you back in the game, you say something that again draws attention to yourself. Either you need a hell of a lot more practice at mafia, or just need to chill and actually think about what you're saying.

I fully believe Fircoal's dlaim and that his replacement isn't a threat for town. I allso find it odd that Skoffin botched her own power from last night(But not completely unlikely because hey, she's Skoffin).

But besides that, I've got nothing. I'll have to reread and see if I find something that really stands out...I'll post anything I find later tonight.

What if tomorrow you're still lost? Are you going to submarine until the next day?

I don't like submariners. They let other people do all the hard work and take all the risk, and then jump on a convenient bandwagon. Granted, you're not the only one, but with your behavior from yesterday, I am sorely tempted to revote you. I'm going to wait, though, cause I don't want to votehop all over the place all the time.

And speaking of submariners, how did we ever get to 83 pages without Mandy contributing half of them?

Well, I obviously object to what you thought of my day 1 behaviour, and I'd appreciate if you did hold your vote off me, as I would like to live in this game (and if you're town, then you'd like me to live aswell).

I just skimmed, and so far its been large conversations about replacements, and discussions about day 1, submariners and bandwagons. I'm holding back myself, as I don't want to make a mistake that could cost me my life.
