When the line is above the letter that means it is asking for the complement.
So, A complement is everything NOT inside A. This is the answer to your previous question since it is asking what the Dark area is. I can't read the language so if it is asking what the white area is then you've got a bigger problem since there is no right answer.
So, A complement intersect B complement would be everything NOT in A or B.
Your last question is asking what is inside A that doesn't intersect with B.
