Hate to back Solid, but as for your evidence of Brazilian boy not attacking him, obviously you've just been proved wrong (this is in the game that you just posted)
It is a common strategy if the game is clearly going to be in the favor of your opponent, out of courtesy you "forfeit" and simply deploy.
I doubt they're multi's.

They're not multis. I think brazilian boy wants to quit cc but solidwolf convinced him(first time he's done this) to throw games to him since he's leaving.

SolidWolf34 is very insulting and tries to convince people to stop playing when he's losing, by telling them they've done something wrong and that he'll "get CC moderators to investigate". Basically, he's full of BS. In my game against him, when I ignored his BS, he started swearing and insulting me.
isnt it about time that this fool got a score reset?
how long will he be allowed to climb the scoreboard with his tactics of pressure and extorsion, he is consistently trying to get people to allow him to win with threats, and its time for him to recieve some punishment.

Pretty much they played one game and then brazilian boy got lured into Loose Puppy "helping him"
And in another chat:

So pretty much Loose puppy tricked this guy into playing him over and over again and beating him over and over again. So no the guy isn't throwing points.

If that's the case (which the evidence seems to support), he should be banned or at least get a score reset and be forum banned (so he can't use PMs). Tricking some poor, probably young kid into thinking he'd 'help' him but in reality was just gettin him to throw games to him is bullshit and he should be dealt with accordingly for it, in my opinion.
