Upscale eh? hmm-- lot of establishments in there that's like a strip mall. Towers have attorneys, brokerage, trading, and investment firms...........

perhaps ScotTrade although there might be copyright issues then again this site isn't Risk but a world domination game :wink:

Upscale retail could be custom clothing like custom shoes, and hats.

Maybe a 'Custom Home Electronics' company. Something like they wire your house with home security and convenience uhh stuff.

as for floor 70 and higher stuff well

you have a bank but do you have any Financial Service places?

maybe an Architecture firm.

do you have a high end real estate business?

Ad agency / Marketing campaigns?

Maybe a magazine has an office up there? CC specialized perhaps.
