To expound on that, it's even closer... if you've got a 1250 player against a 1200 player, the 1200 player is going to advance in a tie. While next week, they could be reversed in the points standings.

not much just that they either has won more games. this problem would correct itself after round 2 since this is total aggarte(sp?) score. this is the only way to determine the score i would think. would you prefer total armies on the field? that can be abused more then the way thier doing it now
As Serbia said, it's already said in another region's thread that we decided to make it like that and it won't be changed It might seem unfair but as there's no way that is completely fair to everybody and somebody will get to be in the losing side then we decided to use something that isn't used that much. And I myself don't see it more unfair than any other system.
Btw, spin seems to be on vacation or something so if games aren't made soon enough then some patience please, this tournament won't get abandoned for sure

No problem at all, amazzony. You know that I'm the co-host/referee of the To; Qualify, WC 2010 - CONCACAFl. I also have the privileges and can make games for this tourney if spinwizard is still on vacation.
But the games of Stage 2 shall only begin if all the games of Stage 1 has been finished.
Coach BIGJoeComp has got 2 Yellow Cards for two times not joining a game in 48 hours after notification and no PM from him with a reason. So he gets a Red Card (2x Yellow Cards) and will be disqualified for a game.
