It would have to be multiple games tho, we all know there is indeed a luck factor here. Maybe just set up a bunch and the first person to win 2 games, or even 3 wins the cash?

If you live in the US, it is probably illegal to play non-hasbro risk for money, however the bazooka purchase is ok.

Just throwing out an idea.

10 players $10

1st = $70
2nd = $30

Play 2 x 5 player games on various maps, we decide the runners in each map before hand.

First one to 3 wins gets first prize, the next top 3/4/5 players, do a play of for the $30.

Just a rough quickly hashed idea that needs worked on.

Any interest?

Ditto Panzo; I would need a pre-tourney agreement that no allainaces are allowed; if this is silly to the rest of you that is cool by me, I'll sit it out....

What about the $2 chump-change game Boogey?

How about a doubles tourney? That can be played 2 on 2 so it removes any of the secret alliances worries. Say $10 entrance fee, if we can get 8 teams together it gives a pot of $160. Knockout format, with each round being best of 5 games. Split the pot between the winners & runners up, maybe allow third place to get their money back.
Taking an enemy on the battlefield is like a hawk taking a bird. Though it enters into the midst of a thousand of them, it pays no attention to any bird other than the one it has first marked.

yeah why not, but a paypal of $2, can you do that?!!?

And yeah. No alliances, stand alone.

If you get bad placement/dice - thats part of the gamble, go cry somewhere people care.
