Can you count continent bonuses too?

Please;)

I am really speaking about something I know nothing of... but could LACK open to you the data tables per game as read only so that you could do the continent bonuses by reading what countries were held?

I modified this script slightly to also show the amount of points that each player has gained or lost during the game. This is useful in Terminator games where you could have eliminated someone, but then were eliminated yourself.

I'm not sure where to upload it, though.

@tubby:
If you send it to me I'll upload it...
troythompson AT removeme nc.rr.com
Alternatively, you can just get some free space somewhere like geocities and upload it there.

@evster: I believe all the information is already there. It's more a matter of getting the info, parsing it, doing some calculations, and outputting.
Waiting till the log is updated, then I can do a lot of fun stuff.

Tr0y, I updated it so that it is now in the table at the bottom. Let me know if you want to include it as an official release. I'll email it to you again.

I'll put it up later this evening...

I wouldn't mind merging it with the official release, however I think I'd need to put in more features before it would qualify for another release.

I emailed you the more updated copy. If I manage to get my personal webspace through my ISP, I'll upload it here over the weekend if you haven't already

Yea, no problem. I think it's cool people can pick up my code and understand it, that means I'm doing something right. :D

Troy, in your next release, I recommend changing this line:

Code: Select all

var formAttr = "style=text-align:right;width:1.1em;border:none;background:#eee; size=1 maxlength=2 type=text";

to have a width of 1.2em instead. It cuts off the ends of the numbers on both my work computer (Mac) and home computer (PC) with a 1.1em width. I've changed it to 1.2em on my Mac and it works fine.
I was a major back when 1600 was major. Now that I'm back, I get to easily win a bunch of games to get my rank. Thank the 'tards here who suck at this game.

For the next update I've made my stats as a separate script so you don't depend on Troy's script. It also make it easy when each one makes an update.

I was using the script without any trouble. Then I tried messing around with it but $#&!%* something all up. So I uninstalled it and then re-installed. But now all I see is the Donate Button and nothing else.

Is this a problem with the script, or did ConquerClub change something so the getGlementById() tags don't work anymore?

Yea, pretty much. Havn't tested it myself. I think I just might wait for the new log to come out, before I do an update.

Can anyone help me?

Post by kbchilla »

I had grease monkey previously- installed this new version, ( When I clicked Install button- a window popped up saying -user script installed successfully) I went to my homepage, entered a game, saw the make a donation tag in place of greasemonkey script. I made a donation ( but still have nothing but the make a donation tag where my grease monkey script used to be!_ I must be missing something~ anyone see what?
