Round 1 Game 2 has started and PMs have been set
you have until MAR 03, 2008 24:00 to join your games

Settings:
The game play will be a little different from the normal tournaments. All games will be 3 player. The 1st round will be Sequential, Standard, Classic, Escalating, Unlimmited to determine the King of each section(no knock outs). the following rounds will Be Sequential, Terminator, King's choice of Map, Escalating, Unlimmited where the object is simply to kill the king before your opponent.

Gameplay:
Who ever wins 3 games (either by killing the king or the 2 assassins) will advance to the next round. the winners who win in the least number of turns will be the kings for the beginning of the next round. Each round(excluding the 1st) will be a best out of 5.

General Information:
This tournament will be 27 players falling into 9 sets.
Premium is Not required for this tournament, but Fremium's will need at least 2 open games seeing has how each round will have a max of 5 games.

Important Notes:
when signing up please specify your home map.
you may choose Random as a map

I'm in, with Classic as my "home map". I'm also freemium, if that matters.

I have a question about the rules. You say "Who ever wins 3 games (either killing the king or the 2 assassins)". Now I don't play terminator games that often, but wouldn't the king win the game after killing one of the assasins? Clarification would be appreciated.

freemium is fine as long as you have 2 games open in case one game starts before the previous one ends.

If you are the king then you have to kill the 2 assassins and if your an assassin you have to kill the king. The reason being if the king only kills one of the assassin, the other can kill the king and win the game. or do you mean you don't know the rule of Terminator?

For Terminator games you receive points only after kill one of your opponents. that way you don't have to be the last one standing to get points.

Oh alright, gotcha. I thought that terminator was like assasin except no one has a specific target, you win the game when you kill anyone. But now I get it, thanks.

hey gozar nice idea, but flawed mate.
First of all, the first game who want's to be the king? absolutely nobody
Why cause in the next round, it is most probable that those two assassins will cooperate so they have a shot at advancing of 50% instead of 33.33333%
That's just a big disadvantage for he king.
I would join but not in these settings sorry.
