I believe the game can start with only 24 players; I allow for 30 because the game can certainly accommodate it. If we have to we can start with as few as only 17 players ...

Good point, I will certainly extend due to common sense/IRL-based reasons but shortened phases shall only occur by majority vote; all decisions shall be governed by certainty that the game state shall not be compromised.

Hey! So I just got my first victory against a mix of Lvl 1-3 bots, using the FoW. I noticed that the one bot left had troops just "sitting around" in the middle of nowhere with no purpose.
