I came off my ship to attack the port, but it would not let me attack from the tender like before. Now my troops are stranded on the tender, which will revert back to 2 neutral at the beginning of my next turn.

How often does the scoreboard update? Sometimes it seems to get stuck.

Move up the time frame. Close it sept 23rd and start it Oct 1.

Maybe also send out a mass email to all registered users

This tournament begins on 18th October and is open to all players with Premium Membership including previously banned players
