Maybe you should lose less points progressively, depending on what position you finish in.

So first eliminated loses the most, last eliminated loses the least, percentage wise.

I think all losers should lose some points, but a sliding scale might add some interest to games where you get a bad ...

There's advantages and disadvantages to it, so it's a fair strategy. You should be aware that they are missing turns and therefore are able to be prepared.

It would be good if they could hit a skip turn button so they don't hold others up though.

The reason it seems like your luck is suspiciously bad sometimes is that you don't see other peoples bad luck when they roll (since it doesn't show you other peoples failed attacks in the log). Having nothing to compare it to makes your own bad luck seem ...

I'd say India is the best, followed closely by SE asia.

Japan and the Phillipines are ok, but you have trouble expanding from them compared to the other 2.

Also, your dot should be red if the game is set to "no double turns", and you are currently unable to take a turn because doing so would give you a double turn.

I agree it might be too harsh as a blanket rule.

However, it should be an option when you start a game, so veterans can choose not to play with first turn deadbeats. This would get rid of an awful lot of "total" deadbeats right off the bat, making people less frustrated overall, and with an ...

I agree.

I also think that a (deadbeat) player missing a turn shouldn't count as the last player in a round. At the moment if you are the last active player who takes their turn in a round, you can effectively get a double turn - because the deadbeats turn will always come after you.

It would be helpful if there was a checkbox "don't wait for my turn" - so that if all players that haven't played in the current round have this box checked, the game increments to the next round.

This would mean that players who are active but deliberatley skipping turns to accumulate armies ...
