It's the best way to beat the crap out of the other players and it also works the same in reverse

After playing several games the deadbeats are leaving a mess behind for the other players who have to deal with someone who left their armies. I am suggesting that the deabeat armies be reduced to start of game levels if that number is more than three(3) on a country.
