Re: Inability to Join Foe Games Only If Foe Created the Game

Aha!

http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=13570499

So I had awful dice, did really badly, tried again, still did badly, persisted and failed again, gave up and suicided to save us both the time and hassle.

No complaints in chat, just a foeing. Ah well.

Re: Inability to Join Foe Games Only If Foe Created the Game

> So you'd allow idiots pissed at you to find games you're in, join them, and suicide on you? Cause that's what foes tend to do.

See, that's the perception I guess, and I'm sure that happens -- but I play hard, I play aggressive early, it's just my style. It doesn't always work well, which is why I ...

Re: Inability to Join Foe Games Only If Foe Created the Game

13 million games (or thereabouts) played on this site. Is it so hard to find a game to play?

It can be if you're after speed games, live in a weird time zone and don't like all the maps. Of course, I could just create one and I accept that.

However -- could we have a message that says "You are ...

Re: Response to Vtmarik

I think the confusion here is that the skeptics here believe I want to start "indoctrinating" students minds with only Christianity. My contention is that in a majority of biology/science classes, that "indoctrination" is already taking place by only presenting one interpretation of the facts. It ...

Re: Atheism numbers

There are NOT billions of atheists in the world, and anyone who tells others they are xian is not an athiest IMHO.

It's unreasopnable to assume that non chruchgoers are atheists, that's not allowed any more than assuming that all students at religious schools are xian.

I disagree with both ...

Me too!

I dont think any of the armies should be rolled over. It would encourage people to be a little more diligent about taking their turn if this were so. Right now they get rewarded for skiping a turn early in the game some use this as a strategy. It is rude and inconsiderate of the others in the game ...

Atheism numbers

There are NOT billions of atheists in the world, and anyone who tells others they are xian is not an athiest IMHO.

However, there are more Athists than jews, according to one source:
m

which surprises most people.

I wrote a kickass paper in four hours today! I rock!

My boy is leaving on Monday. He's a Marine and will be gone for fourteen months. That's a long time.

I guess if I were to look on the bright side it would be that he'll be getting back on June 5, 2008. And does anyone know what that means ...

I agree

You know you're addicted when you have so many games you can't keep up and make allies in single games, kill allies in group games an forget what alliances you made in any game.

When this is the only website, ever, in 15 years of Internet, that you've ever paid for content on.

I don't think you understand.

Scenario:

1) Click begin turn

2) Think carefully about armies. 3 or 5? Here or there?

3) Use bucket of mop water to put out burning dog

4) Look after dog, soothe and bandage wounds

5) clean up mop water

6) Now where was I... Oh, crap. I missed my go.

Something like that.

If a turn is begun but no armies are deployed, they are lost

Please standardise on either losing or rolling over the armies in both cases.

If a player skips a turn, they get the armies next go. However, if they click 'begin turn' then perform no other actions, after the timeout the armies are lost. I missed out on 7 armies in game 278997 like this.

I ...
