Yes, CC is declining because it's a piece of shit website.
When you consistently get screwed by dice it becomes obvious this is a waste of time and money.
Too many 'coincidences' happen in game play for it not to be true that there is nothing random on this piece of shit website.

I read this thread and another thread of changing the ratings system.. both seem to be way off course of what I suggested..
I'm simply suggesting putting the same table of averages you see at the top of the 'Ratings Received' page to the top of the 'Ratings Left' page.
To me, it just makes sense ...

It doesn't prevent it 100%.. but it would ad a variable to the strategy of the game you didn't include in your example, which would be players would position themselves to make it difficult for other players to trade 1. I have played Many a (board game..on a table) )game of Risk. It has always been Assault, Assault, Assault (with outstanding results)!!!
To focus on attack (like you would on a table game) will result in your downfall.

Something to consider is there are many other strategies involved in this game. Some don't rely so heavily on luck of dice / drops, altho that is of course a big part. My opponent just rolled 16 (sixteen) 6's in a row. I sat there in awe as my huge stack that went against a measly 4 stack was dwindled to nothing.
And then to top it off I then looked at my dice stats for my last 10 battles and it showed me as +10%
