Just happened to me again, just now.
I typed a message into the game chat. Then I clicked on a player's feedback, and poked around there for a minute or so. Then I clicked the Back button on my browser to return to the game. It posted my message again.

Suggestion: An option to allow people to stay logged-in
I think it would be very helpful to allow people to stay logged-in using cookies. This would save a little bit of hassle for those of us who like to check on their games every couple hours. I don't see any significant drawback either; it's not as if this is an online banking site.
