We have a Classic Map, and then we have a World 2.1 map. What happened to 2.0? Is this Doodle Earth? I can't believe anyone could overlook that we went straight to 2.1, skipping 2.0.

It seems weird that we have an Eastern Hemisphere map but no Western Hemisphere. We do have a New World map but it doesn't have everything. This map would be good for 1v1.

Why is the map all warped? Can't it be a regular square?

In three-player games I try to hang back and stay out of the fight until they are weak, but you can't start doing that in the middle of the game, you have to from the beginning.

I agree with Dinosaur, they have hardly any reinforcements in Europe, and taking it should be easy. You will probably be killed off soon unless you stay out of the fight. When they are weak, take over power.

The difference between this thread and the crazy strategy thread is the crazy strategy wasn't crazy in that instance, the poster had been forced to use that strategy and it's actually a smart play at times.

Each time. 3 players (besides you), 20 rounds, that's 60 cards. All of a sudden it's much more likely, and that games likely to last a lot more than 20 rounds

Hey I'm playing on the Western Hemisphere map and I control Africa. One of the regions near the horn is Abyssinia, and it is across the persian gulf from the Ottaman Empire. I was wondering if anyone knows if it borders beacause I'm not fortifying there. There isn't a line but it's very close.
