Star Trek! (Garden of Eden was an episode... how I know that, well, I'm a loser. Sue me.)

It's the absolute WORST thing to deal with when you've got a deadbeat n00b in 3 out of your 4 games. Especially when playing a "sequential" game -- that takes forever, especially when people want to invite you to play a real time game which would only take an hour.
