I've been a war gamer since 1978, during that time I've really enjoyed played my modified versions of both Milton Bradley's Shogun and Conquest of the Empire. Is there any interest here in developing types of either of these games?

Are there any written rules for the Holy Roman Empire game? If so, where? I understand the basics of the game, I think, but what are the influence bonuses? How are the number of troops calculated at the beginning of each players turn, number of territories held divided by 3?
