I had a 5.0 game rating until 2.5 days ago lol. Darn irrational raters. It was my first (let that one go a.sub ) non-perfect rating so it had that shock affect.

The problem with a game starting with good sized stacks and everyone with their continent is not every continent is worth the same ammount (so someone will be thwarted from the get-go).

And B) Even if it was established that everyone started with the same value but with sizeable stacks and a bonus ...

The ban would not let you join new games for X time. Whatever time frame you set. You cannot drop the games you are already in. That is not how CC works. It is just to help keep any temptations away that might tempt you. Nobody would force you to use it.
