Re: New Zealand [30.6.13] V24 BETA LIVE

Hey Cairns!

I've been missing from the Foundry for around 4 years I think, but I just popped by to have a look at this one.

Looks great mate, and I can appreciate it even more now since I visited New Zealand a couple of years ago. Amazing country.

Keep up the good work. Nice to see you are still ...

Re: Regioni d'Italia - Il Veneto - Updated 06.04.09

Ruben has been away on holiday I think? I am sure he will keep it going.

Hehe actually it was no holiday, I was away for work!

I do intend to continue to work on this map (and also on the Roman one) but right now I am swamped with...guess what...more work! Sadly my free time is very limited ...

Re: Stile Classico – Doubles (Semi Finals)

Ok guys tomorrow I am leaving for London on a business trip and I will be away for a couple of weeks.

Should the semi final games be finished before that date bear with me and I will start the final games when I get back home on 3rd May.

Thanks.

Re: Regioni d'Italia - Il Veneto - Updated 06.04.09

Hi Nobodies.

I think the colours are a bit too bright. Did you modify anything else in that picture apart from the colours?

I am currently working on the impassable borders and have an updated draft at home which I want to tweak a bit. However I will be abroad for a couple of weeks and I won't ...

Re: Regioni d'Italia - Il Veneto - Updated 06.04.09

Personally I really like this map. I would fix the colors just a bit on it. Also give the map some more Italian feel to it. Maybe some grape vines or something. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Thanks Bruce.

It was suggested that the colours might be better if they were a bit lighter. Maybe ...

Yes, granted.

But this one will even if it takes me 3 years to get through this flawed foundry process which clearly is not working, as I stated above.

Thanks for your feedback though...

Re: Golfe du St. Laurent (P1, New Update) [Final Forge]

Faced with the options of either putting this map in the recycle bin or doing something about it, i have chosen the later course of action. Unit_2 has informed me that the PSD file seems to have been lost, so I'm working from the last image posted without army circles, which was months ago.

Nice ...

Since I got no further feedback does it mean this is ready to be a sticky?

Hate to be the harbinger, but perhaps there is a lack of feedback because this map hasn't caught the interest of many people?

Okay I was not aware of this 1/3 neutral rule for 1vs1. Can this be turned off for specific maps?
Unfortunately not.
I've played a couple of 1v1 games on this map, and I don't actually mind all of the staring neutrals. It's different, and all those neutrals can be a bit annoying at first look ...

Re: Greenland [D] - v18 on p1&11 › new layout & ice routes

I'm not digging the look of the ice routes. They don't look natural, somehow... perhaps keep them as the dotted lines they were before they were territories, just with army circles and a label over them. Or some other pattern that looks similar, like footprints or something that indicates it's just ...

You could always edit a poll into the original post. I like the creator names being a part of 6.8, but 6.7 looks better for the feel of the map.

Yes i know.
But i think that without a poll people like to spend few words motivating the choice. With a poll few people add some few words about the ...
