The current system of truces/alliances is totally informal, conducted through game chat. (Hopefully, unless someone is cheating with a secret alliance.)

What "countries" make up the Western USA and Central USA bonuses on the North America map? I'm colorblind, and these two are indistinguishable to me. I don't know which countries I need to hold to get the bonus.

It sounds great, but how do you install the javascript? When I hit the install button, firefox just downloads a .js file. What the heck am I supposed to do with it? I'm on a mac, by the way.
