A little research on Likert scales would possibly have helped this work better. A Likert scale without descriptors for the individual ratings (i.e, 1 - Strongly Disagree, 2 - Disagree, 3 - Neither Agree or Disagree, 4 - Agree, 5 - Strongly Agree) makes this a nearly useless tool that leaves its ...

I've only checked a few of the backboards so I don't know if this is covered -
But didn't the bad players and the ones you should look out for just get a pass?

I added this to the instructions:
You can't rate the Teamwork attribute when you have never played a team game with the member in question.
Great new system. I would like to see a "strategy" rating though.

Clarity of Rating Scales, etc. (Empirically valid solutions)
Better upgrade than some of the abusive ranting that I've seen in the past - Though, some of it is just plain hilarious...
One suggestion: You might want to consider adding an "Aptitude" or "Strategy" ranking for overall ranking - It's too easy to skew rankings high unless there's obvious Positive ...
