Breaking an alliance abruptly isn't bad form. In fact it is very cunning.

This is what people should consider that any alliance is informal and can be turned against at any moment.

Is it permitted to file a grievance against someone who refuses to communicate?

I mean, teammates who are on your team, and won't even respond when we ask them to me should not be playing at all if they can't communicate with us.

Refusing to fortify is one thing, ie. "I have a better idea ...
