Re: Treas's of Galápagos [Final Forge] - XML/centering complete
Last question from me: If at the end your turn, one of my snorkels has a 1 on it; would it revert to a neutral 1 at the beginning of my next turn?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Do you know when the new code will be implemented so BOB wont break?

Re: Treas's of Galápagos [Final Forge] - XML/centering complete
I like edbeard's idea with the one-to-one bonus but my concern is people will start chasing down the fresh water supplies because they would stack - a +2 bonus isn't that much considering one double roll can negate it. However, this could be fixed with a neutral increase on the fresh water supplies ...

Re: Treas's of Galápagos [Final Forge] - XML/centering complete
Quench! I think this will be in my top 3 favorite maps.
Also, for a superior turtle bonus: Make one turtle on map male and other female...if you have both you obtain a +3 instead of +2 because they are mating. Ooo...do for the penguins and lizards too. Mating bonuses - that's what it is about ...

Re: Das Schloß V27 [Quenched] - Poll for Gameplay
Cairnswk,
I missed the 24 on militarlager and to be honest, without the ability to run BOB inspect on this makes it very hard for me to ascertain what snow terits can attack what. If one must attack militarlager prior to the 18 objective point right next to it...I still agree with 24; however ...

Re: Das Schloß V27 [Quenched] - Poll for Gameplay
Cairnswk,
Very nice values for the neutrals; however, I might recommend switching the helipads to 13 each to make it more feasible to use them. At 18 each, to travel requires conquering 36 armies...no longer is it convenient...it is a burden. However, I do believe 13 each (26 total) would create ...

Re: jan1976 and hatta76
As I recall you started off with 'idiot', 'twas nothing else but a mere retort in style. Apart from that, unless you are referring to freestyle team games I doubt you'll find much (effective) cheating in sequential games. Klobber seems to me like a prime example of proxy activity, the amount of one ...

Do you know what a TORT is you idiot? Also look up the term lexicographer (There is an inference here - let's see if you spot it heh...judging form your last post, it will fly over your head by miles). IQ of PIG stamped on your forehead as well. Oh my gosh, look at this - because you didn't spell ...

Shino has the IQ of a PIG - it's best just to ignore him.
And Torter is still bitter since he was blocked from playing any more games with DomQuebec because I reported their alliance. http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=46629&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=domquebec

Re: Treas's of Galápagos [Final Forge] - XML/centering complete
Incorporating snorkel into the bonus structure adds to the strategy of the map. You can't go wandering off with a huge army in front or else you run the risk of snorkel death (thus killing your bonus) at the beginning of next turn. I think this adds a unique twist to current strategies out there ...

Re: Eliminate Freestyle Double Turns
I agree with this. Basically in No cards games, people ALWAYS let the timer run out, because they don't lose anything. It's actually detrimental to end your turn in these types of games... if you run out of time the other person should be able to start first, thus rewarding the player who ends ...

Re: Eliminate Freestyle Double Turns
Though I do not particpate in this activity I feel I must comment.
Any double turn taker loses his ability to fortify - depending on the map and fort settings, this can be huge.
I also don't see this being a problem for 1 v. 1 speed freestyle games. The other player has equal opportunity to ...
