Colorado:
all the city-named terr. are good
Western slope is in the wrong place(San Luis Valley, or Alamosa would be better names for this place)
Eastern Plains are not there, Craig or western slope would work here.

Some of the territorty names are off, I notice a couple in Colorado, and at least one in TX, I'll wait to comment on the revision, though.

Pakistan and Afghanistan are reversed, Afghanistan is spelled wrong.

Islands:
Seychelles are a lot closer to Madagascar than India (less than 500 km off Madagascar)

Maybe add Chagos Archipelago? (it's ~600 km south of Maldives)
