People don't like to lose the game and thus they don't like to miss turns. It just happens. People have LIVES. And they screwed when they do miss turns because of the way the deferred army system works (btw, I agree with the pre-reinforcement deployment ...

I know the colour codes are there, but they really do clutter up the map. Especially maps that are already complicated.
What about black for neutral then? as long as that doesn't look too similar to blue (which could go a shade lighter).
It's not a huge change and I would guess it shouldn't take ...

I think the deferred army to the end of turn is a great idea.
However, the number of deferred armies awarded should be what you would have gotten if you didn't miss a turn.
