Re: Balearic Islands 1.0
Hi!
I like this map very much, with one caveat: I find the colours too heavy. Maybe you should colour each island with a different colour?
Another question: the mini-map shows two islands while the main map shows three major ones - is this a bug or a feature? (imho, bug, but maybe I'm missing ...

Re: Cyprus V3.0
So I guess it'll be less confusing to call the "cities" territories. This is, I believe, the standard usage and rightfully so, since by using another term you're impyling there is another sort of object (roghly, a special or "decorated" subset of territories), while there isn't.

Hi!
I have a name suggestion - Asia Major. How's that?
I apologize in advance, if I'm unknowingly bring up something that's already on the table - I hadn't the time to read all the thread.

Re: De Bello Gallico
Assuming the auto-deploys are possible (not my province at all, pun unintended ),
it's not clear to me who gets auto-deploys: only the holder of the province for hist tents , or every tent, no matter who holds it? Same for the huts.
Also, I think that +3 for the chiefs is a bit too much.
But we're ...

Ok, I see the point now. Personally, I actually like the random placement much more and can wax lyrical about it, but - hey, it's just me.

Imho, it's better to leave the number of huts the same as it is - putting a hut in every territory would obviate most of the charm.

Re: Cyprus (23rd June) New version!
Hi,
I liked the version with the British bases more, too. It was much neater. One more graphical comment: the sea looks a bit dreary, maybe yu could make it brighter and/or add some graphics in the sea?
Anyway, this is a cool project, keep up the good work!

Re: Two player maps
The question strikes as moot. Allow me to explain: 98% or so of my games are 1v1 and I play on a very large variety of maps, mostly large (by not huge) ones. Looking from my perspective, i don't see a shortage of maps to play 1v1 - rather, there are lots of maps not specifically made for 1v1 that ...

Spain 1833
How about this?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1833_terri ... n_of_Spain
49 provinces grouped (sorta) into "historic regions" - sound classic for a map.
One can also add a picture of of Don Javier de Burgos in the background.

Like other folks I say: (a) where are the 3 kingdoms? (b) please return the territories' borders.
Also a suggestion: how about spreading some artifacts and adding some sort of an "Imperial" bonus for the holder of all/part of the artifacts?
Keep up the good work!
