winning
but remember, if you win the game, but only take out the second to last opponent - you only get points for the "kill"
so in a game of six players, where player 1 eliminates players, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and gets 80 points, and then player 2 eliminates player 1 and wins - player 2 only gets 20 points for ...

pause button
what about allowing the length between/of turns being a game option
1hr - 2hr - 4hr - 8hr - 12hr - 24hr
but then have a pause button (implemented by any player, but maximum 24 hour pause) to stop play over night or all weekend or for a vacation?
and a restore button (all players must click ...

yup
so, as it turns out, I can confirm that the rules change did occur in the next/new turn of a game that had begun before the implementation.
which sucks, because we both came to the forums to tell people to relax because existing games had NOT changed - and we were wrong about it.
and,

game 41082
Hey Folks, in hopes to calm some agitation existing team games do not appear to be affected by this change.
from my game in 41082, you can clearly see that team mates are playing back to back.
people who have found their team games suddenly under the new rules must have signed up after the ...

rollout of USApocalypse, North America and other quenched?
hey any ETA on the roll out of these new maps?
I'm holding open a game slot for USApocalypse, so I'm hoping it is being deployed soon!

I like zorba's idea - seems simple, fair, take into account qeee1's point about the benefit of the existing system working in 1 pt increments and all of that.
but, as an aside, does anyone else have a desire to see stdb04's "cheat" work - at least long enough to get a snapshot for posting in the ...

Penalties
First: cudos map looks good - though definitely needs some artificial boundaries
second - any way to do penalties? armies that aren't used (on defence) for more than one turn start to freeze and fade away?
just an abstract thought.

Grievance without ignoring?
I'm playing a game in which two well respected players have decided to cause difficulty and delay their play to eventually deadbeat.
Now, I would like to file a grievance against them, because I think this is poor sportsmanship, but I don't want to "hold a grudge" and be unable to play against ...

game limit
Amazing site Lack (hope you're not tired of hearing that)!
Does the 4 game limit (assuming you are dead in at least one) allow you to start a new game, or just join a new game?
I'm in that situation right now, and I got an error trying to start a new game.
Thanks
