It should be set up that if a player is kicked out for whatever reason, they shouldn't be able to rate players in that particular game.

Question regarding abuse:

Is it appropriate for someone to negatively rate you when they didn't even take their turn in the game and they were subsequently kicked out for missing their turns? I do not think this should be allowed...the player didn't even show up for the game and has the audacity to ...
