Is tierra del Fuego a part of the La Plata bonus? What bonus is New Zealand, New Caledonia, and Papau New Guinea a part of?

There are mini bonuses and complete continent bonuses.
La Plata is a mini bonus, and Tierra is not part of it. However to have the full continent bonus of South America, Tierra is part of that one.
The territories you listed are not part of a mini bonus, however they are required for the continent bonus.
