t-o-m's Tour of the Cities Bracket [WINNER: Diddy]

Winner:[player]DIDDY[/player]!Hello,
In this tournament you will be touring the cities.
You'll go from NYC to Montreal to Sydnet and to San Francisco!
For this tournament i need 16 players, there wil be 4 rounds layed out like this:
Round 1:NYC - 3 Games Per Person
Round 2:Montreal - 3 Games Per Person
Round 3:Sanfransisco - 3 Games Per Person
Round 4:Sydney Metro - 5 Games
All games will be 1v1, and the winner of 2/3 of the games or more will advance to the next city!
All settings will be:
Chained | no fog | escalating | seq
Premium is required as you have 5 games at once (if you reach the final
)
