Actually this reminds me of a story of an old manager of mine who was discussing having a threesome with a good friend of his and some random girl. He was going to move her leg when his friend said, "hey, let me get that for you," and moved it for him. He said that experience kinda weirded him out about the whole threesome ordeal. It was hilarious to no end to me.

I have done 3-somes in two settings, one worked well, one didn't.

A 3-way in a laid-back unplanned spontaneous environment tends to go really well with minimal awkwardness afterwards. I think this is because everyone goes into it with no expectations, so there is minimal room for disappointment.

I have also been the extra in planned relationship-based 3-somes. That never went well. Always uncomfortable for someone afterwards, and it always ended in a break-up.

If its going to happen, its better just to let it happen. If you have to talk someone into it, then the endeavor already failed.
